What does it mean to spoil your cat? Life is short, so we say, spoil away so long as it’s not hurting anyone. Of course, it can get carried away, too, but that’s a rarity.
For a couple in Chicago, spoiling their cat has led to television fame and laughs for thousands online. And, the best part is what they’re doing for their cat is enriching his life and keeping him hydrated in a healthy way at the same time.
Mr. Biscuits Enjoys Cat-Friendly ‘Cocktails’ with His Fam
Mixologists Jess and John have a small business in Chicago where happy hour and all-natural homemade mixed drinks are a priority. And, of course, that love continues when they go home to their cat, a “stage 5 clinger,” Mr. Biscuits.
The white and orange fluffy tripod cat was naturally nearby when they were enjoying their nightly Martinis. That’s when they got a sudden inspurration: Mr. Biscuits deserved his own tiny Martini glass and shaker! It took a trip to the thrift store to find something suitably elegant and small. Then, John set out to create the purrfect healthy recipes for a cat.
On the Kelly Clarkson Show, John explained that the recipe includes the kitty’s favorite ‘disgusting salmon paste,’ diluted in water and ‘shaken over ice.’ By making the drinks, they’re also helping Mr. Biscuits stay hydrated, considering cats need about four ounces of water each day per five pounds of body weight.
“He absolutely loves it!” John said of the cat cocktail.

The Catmopolitan and the Tunatini
John has since created more recipes using such delectable ingredients as tuna juice garnished with catnip! The couple even came up with amewsing names for the drinks like ‘The Catmopolitan’ and ‘the Tunatini.’
“He absolutely loses his mind over it!” he said of the Catmopolitan.
In the future, the couple said they would have a “Kitty Cat Cocktail Kit” available in their Chicago-based store. And they already have a Mr. Biscuits-approved tiny cocktail shaker.

Mr. Biscuits Loses His ‘Tiny Mind’ Over Cocktails and Martinis
The couple shares lots of videos about sharing Happy Hour with Mr. Biscuits on his devoted social media. He’s come to expect his special drink and drops everything to sprint down the hall whenever he hears the clank of the tiny shaker.
“When you wake up one day and realize your whole life revolves around making your cat cocktails,” they shared. “We live to serve, Mr. Biscuits.
”
After finishing every drop, the kitty continues licking the tiny vintage glass and shaker!
“Mr. Biscuits demanded a cocktail after his two minutes of fame on The Kelly Clarksons Show! And as his full time bartending staff, we obliged. We mixed it up with the chicken and veggie squeeze ups and Mr. B loved it because he is a cat,” they shared.

‘We Live to Serve Mr. Biscuits’
After work with their cat CEO, the couple comes home, where serving Mr. Biscuits his cocktail is a big focus. Each night, he also often enjoys a dance routine with Dad.
“Mr. Biscuits, our beloved three-legged kitty and connoisseur of cocktails, has graciously accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately,” they shared for April 1st.

Recently, they have been trying more recipes, including watered-down tuna and salmon Go-Gurt. Yum!
“Mr. B’s fav martini is 2 oz water and 1 oz of liquid treat (the cat Go-Gurt thing) shaken over ice!
He loses his tiny mind over the tuna and salmon flavor,
” they shared.
